I have been training, learning & experimenting with nutrition & training protocols for 20 years now. So I am in a position where I can help a lot of people to avoid wasting time & instead turbo charge their results.
I'm a personal trainer & an online coach specialising in fat loss, muscle building & helping people adapt their lifestyle in a manageable way to achieve aesthetic based goals.
The style of training I promote is bodybuilding style training with the goal of changing your physical appearance. You will however get fitter & stronger as a bonus.
I typically help busy working people between the ages of 25 & 55 who love to train and be in the gym, to implement elements of the bodybuilding lifestyle into their plan while still enjoying life & achieving their best physique yet.
I work with people online & also offer personal training at Arc Gym in Wokingham.
